Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to review. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with tags, and packaging.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If requested item for exchange is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion. 

Please contact our client care team with your order details and reason for the request to initiate an exchange. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Refund

All items are final sale and eligible only for exchange or store credit.

We understand that exceptions may arise. Refunds are rare, reviewed case-by-case, and not guaranteed. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our client care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
