Missing Package
When a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier this means their responsibility is considered fulfilled. Please contact the carrier directly and file a claim regarding any missing items before reaching out to our team. Although reporting this promptly (7-14 days) is strongly encouraged, waiting 24-48 hours may be necessary as it can be marked delivered earlier by carriers.
